Meet the Hosts

Kick-starting her journey into the motorsport world, Ariana created a social media platform to cover F1 news and produces her own race weekend coverage. She is passionate about addressing inequality within the industry, having always been an advocate for initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.
Ariana spent her final year at university researching the economic arguments for diversity and the barriers that can face underrepresented groups, and now hopes to combine this knowledge with her love for motorsport to promote positive change within the industry.

From her university days on the Motorsport & Karting Society committee to assisting F1 in Schools with their social media, Steph has been engaged with the industry for a number of years. She knows first-hand the huge value that initiatives supporting underrepresented groups can bring - having benefitted herself in the form of internships and scholarships.
From the grid to the factory and everything in between, Steph is keen to see a diverse and inclusive motorsport world, with equal opportunity for all, regardless of what makes them ‘different’.
