Driven By Diversity’s mission is to educate individuals and organizations on the value of diversity and inclusion in motorsports. We provide educational resources and services that directly address the lack of diversity in the motorsports industry.

EDUCATE
We work to provide the opportunities to educate underrepresented communities on the subject of motorsports and the career opportunities surrounding the industry.
ACCESS
We are working on increasing accessibility to the motorsports industry and motorsports-related activities, which is critical to changing the landscape as well as the attitude within the world of motorsports.
ASSIST
Providing access to the sport and its opportunities aren’t enough. We also provide assistance and resources to help our applicants as they pursue a career in motorsports.
